What is antioxidant skincare and why do we need it?

Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and without the proper amounts of them we can succumb to degenerative diseases such as cancer, heart disease, strokes and diabetes.  Antioxidants are essential for an anti aging skincare program.

Free radicals are molecules with an unpaired electron that tries to steal one from a healthy cell. How do we get free radical damage?
